Description：Peptide used for the affinity purification of fibronectin receptors. It contains the RGD integrin recognition site of the fibronetin cell binding domain. It also inhibits fibronectin binding to platelet sites, and promotes mouse blastocyst attachment and outgrowth, whereas in solutions it acts as a reversible inhibitor of entactin-mediated blastocyst outgrowth.
