Description：Highly fluorescent substrate for the determination of caspase-1 (ICE) and caspase-1-like enzyme activities. Furthermore, caspase-3 (apopain, CPP-32) is only weakly active on this substrate. Both caspase-1 and caspase-3 are involved in apoptosis.
