Description：This is amino acids 676 to 700 fragment of steroid receptor co-activator (SRC1). This N-terminnaly biotinylated peptide is derived from the second LXXLL motif of SRC1. Co-activator proteins interact with nuclear receptors in a ligand-dependent manner and augment transcription.
