Description：This myelin basic protein analog reversed established paralysis induced in mice by transfer of a T-cell clone recognizing the myelin basic protein epitope (87-99). This altered peptide ligand caused regression of the inflammatory infiltrates and disappearance of the heterogenous T-cell infiltrates from the brain.
