Description：Antileukinate, Ac-RRWWCR-amide, inhibits the specific binding of 125I-labeled IL-8 to neutrophils with an apparent Ki = 10 μM. The hexapeptide also significantly suppresses neutrophil chemotaxis induced by 10 nM IL-8 at a concentration of 50 μM. The inhibition is specific for IL-8.
