Description：Fluorogenic peptide used in the analysis of chymotrypsin-like activity of trypsins in addition to chymase from rat mast cells. Furthermore, it is a substrate for a chymotrpsin-like enzyme from sperm extract of the ascidian Halocynthia roretzi and a strong inhibitor of fertilization. It is also a substrate for carboxypeptidase Y, proteinase yscE, porcine calpain isozymes I and II, papain, and the multicatalytic proteinase, ingensin.
